Purchase rules
- General Provisions
- These rules of purchase and sale (thereinafter – Rules) set up general mutual rights, duties and responsibility of the seller UAB “Avis domus” (thereinafter – Seller) and the buyer (thereinafter – Buyer) during purchase of goods in the online store https://www.houseoffaige.com/ (thereinafter – Online store). By purchasing goods in the Online store, the Buyer agrees to the application of these Rules.
- The conclusion of a purchase and sale contract
- The Purchase and Sale Agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is deemed to have been concluded from the moment when the Buyer has formed a basket of goods in the Online store, indicating the delivery address, choosing the payment method and familiar with these Rules, clicking on the “Confirm” button and valid until the full performance of the obligations under this agreement. In cases where the Buyer disagrees with all or a certain part of the Rules, he must not submit an order.
- The Buyer undertakes to pay the order within 2 calendar days from the date of order confirmation. The order is arranged only upon receipt confirmation by bank. If the payment is not made within 2 days, the order is cancelled.
- Seller’s rights and duties
- The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the period of time indicated in the descriptions of the goods.
- If the Buyer attempts to harm the work or stable operation of the Online store or breaches its obligations, the Seller may, without notice, limit, suspend (terminate) his access to the Online store and is not liable for any related losses of the Buyer.
- The Seller has the right to terminate the online store without interruption or without any separate liability for any losses incurred by the Buyer.
- The Seller has the right to unilaterally change these Rules, by changing the Rules by posting on the Online store’s website. Changes take effect from the moment of publication for all transactions under post.
- The Seller undertakes to make efforts to enable the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the Online store. The Seller does not provide any guarantee that the Online store will operate continuously or that the data transmission will be error free. The Seller is not liable for any losses of the Buyer related to the malfunctioning of the Online store and / or data transmission mistakes.
- The Seller, in case of material circumstances, is not able to offer ordered goods to the Buyer, undertakes to offer the similar goods, and the Buyer refuses to accept the analogue of the goods by returning the money paid by the Buyer within 10 business days. In this case, the Seller is relieved of liability for failure to provide the goods.
- The Seller has other rights and duties specified in the Rules and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
- Buyer’s rights and duties
- The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the Online store in accordance with these Rules and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
- The Buyer has the right to refuse the contract for the purchase and sale of goods concluded in the Online store with the Seller, by notifying the Seller in writing within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the goods. The Buyer has the right to refuse the purchase and sale agreement with the Seller only if the good is good, has not been damaged and its appearance has not substantially changed.
- The Buyer is required to pay the price of the goods, as well as other payments (if indicated by the conclusion of the contract) and accept the ordered goods. The Buyer pays for the goods to the Buyer in the indicated banks.
- If the data provided in the Buyer’s order form changes, the Buyer must immediately update them.
- If during delivery of the goods the Seller incurs additional delivery costs due to the Buyer’s fault, in the event of return or replacement of the goods the Seller shall be entitled to deduct incurred losses from to be returned amount.
- If the Buyer withdraws the purchase and sale agreement pursuant to these Rules, he undertakes to pay all direct expense of returning the goods to the Seller. This amount of expense is deducted from the money that Buyer has already paid.
- Money for returned goods has transferred to the payer and only into the payer’s bank account, from which payment has been made during purchase of the good.
- The Buyer is required to confirm the payment order in the Buyer’s bank on the Internet, which includes a link from the Online store. The goods chosen by the Buyer are reserved and the Seller does not enter into a sale-purchase agreement until the Seller receives a payment from the Buyer’s bank for the goods selected.
- The Buyer has other rights and duties specified in the Rules and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
- Responsibility of the Buyer and the Seller
- The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the order form. The Buyer assumes responsibility for the consequences of the mistakes or inaccuracies in the data submitted in the order form.
- The parties are liable for violation of the purchase and sale agreement concluded using the Online store in accordance with the procedure established by legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
- The Seller is not liable for the information provided on the websites of other companies, even if the Buyer goes to these websites through the links in the Seller’s online store.
- The Seller is not responsible for the fact that the goods depicted in the Online store in their colour, form or other parameters do not correspond to the actual size of the goods, forms and colours due to the characteristics of the monitor used by the Buyer.
- Returns and exchanges of the goods
- The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller about returning the goods by email info@houseoffaige.com. The Buyer shall write the number of VAT invoice of acquisition of goods with the mention “Return of goods” in the Subject line. The Buyer shall indicate the name of an item and a brief description of a reason for returning it.
- The returned goods must be in the original packaging, undamaged, with commercial appearance (labels are undamaged, protective films are not removed, etc. (this does not apply if the returned item is defective), the same set as it was received; the Buyer must submit the approval of the acquisition of the goods.
- The Seller must pay the cost of shipment if the returned item is defective.
- The cost of shipment is paid by the Buyer if the returned goods are free from defects.
- If the transportation tax was levied on the shipment, the cost of delivery will not be refunded.
- The Seller has the right not to accept returned goods, if the Buyer does not follow the procedures of returning goods set out in this article.
- Final provisions
- Buyer and Seller agree that all information contained in the Seller’s Online store website are deemed to be submitted to the Purchaser in writing.

- All disputes arising out of or relating to the purchase and sale agreement between Buyer and Seller are negotiated. Failing to reach an agreement, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
